PERSON SPECIFICATION
We are
looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent qualifications and
experience. You are a good decision maker, self-motivated, hardworking, able to
work in difficult and busy environments, and is respectful when dealing with
other cultures. You have good report writing, administrative and organizational
skills. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a good team player who
is willing to assist in other duties as necessary. You are supportive,
proactive, and able to handle sudden change.

of the medical objectives to reduce morbidity and mortality by provision of
emergency healthcare services to refugee populations in Maban county

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Uphold Medair values at
all times, both within and outside working hours.
2. Medical / Technical
and arrange referral
for ongoing care as necessary.
proper use of medication and good
hygiene.
3. Quality Management
- Aim to achieve the highest
quality programming possible within a challenging context.
- Ensure all diagnosis and
treatment is based on the Guidelines of the Ministry of Health
and the IECHC
guidelines.
4. External Representation
- Represent Medair in
relevant meetings in Maban County as requested.
- Meet with the County Health
department, other local authorities, UNHCR and
other NGO partners as
requested.
5. Administrative
To accurately record all
attendance and patient details in register books and tally sheets.
Assist Health Managers in
compiling weekly and monthly reports required by the Ministry of Health,
UNHCR
and Medair .
Ensure that Health Manager is
aware of need for restock of items in clinic in a timely manner.
